The final accolade! my grandson phoned me last night asking me to help him with his computer (wanted to alter his screen saver ) I was able to talk him through the things to do as if it was an everyday occurrence for me. Has grandma gone up in his estimation! Never thought a few hours tuition would make me so adept with a computer, many thanks for your patience and help .

Just finished doing my wife’s CV as she is going back into the job market now the children are growing up. I never realised the potential of the things we can do on the computer and have great fun experimenting with the different programmes etc that were already installed and we knew nothing about. After our brief discussion and short lesson we are not best favourites with our eldest son. Last night he discovered he couldn't log into or access a certain site that we felt was inappropriate for a 12 year old. He now realises that we have control of the family computer and can allow or deny permission to what he can do with it. All our children respect us more for doing so and we are able to talk sensibly about the good points or potential dangers of the Internet

How marvellous to have been able to keep in touch with our son in Canada using e mail. I know everyone uses it nowadays but to be honest we never had a clue and had given up on ever being capable of doing it until you showed us how easy it was.
